In addition to repairing and coating existing roofs, the contractors at RENCO Roofing install new roofs to all types of Arizona residences and commercial spaces. When you choose to have a new roof installed on your home or business, you’ll have a variety of different roof types to choose from. If you’re unsure of which one is right for your specific needs, our roofing contractors will help choose one for you. Here are all of the different types of roofs that we install, and the advantages to each one.
Also known as spray polyurethane foam (SPF), foam roofing systems have been used as a roofing and insulation material for 45 years. SPF consists of two materials, isocyanate and polyol, and these are fed through a spray gun and sprayed onto the roof as a liquid. It quickly hardens and then provides protection for decades to come. Foam roofing is an excellent roofing solution for flat roofs, such as in large commercial buildings.
Getting a tile roof installed is a great and long-lasting way to beautify your home. Tile roofs are especially common in hot weather areas, such as Arizona. Tile roofing materials at RENCO Roofing come in a variety of different colors and styles, giving you a number of different configuration options. Tiles are immune to fire damage, environmentally friendly, require virtually no maintenance, and can last up to 100 years.
If you have a pitched roof, installing a shingle roofing system is the best way to save money. Asphalt shingles are the most common material installed on residential roofing systems, thanks to their relatively cheap cost, the fact that they last 20 to 50 years, and their versatility. Shingle roofs come in a variety of different styles, including architectural shingles, slat style shingles, shingles with a wood slat appearance, and rolled roofing for flat roof applications.
Many residential townhomes, condominiums, and houses have balconies or decks attached to their roof. Because of their constant exposure to the elements and to foot traffic, walk decks need to be durable and long-lasting. RENCO Roofing repairs and reinforces existing walk decks, as well as installs new ones. Walk decks can be coated with both wood and concrete.
In addition to installing roofs, RENCO Roofing also installs gutters to existing roof structures on residential and commercial properties. We only work with gutter manufacturers that provide superior quality and durability to ensure that the gutters will look great while successfully funneling water where you want. We have 31 colors available so that your new gutters will match the existing structure.
Roof installation is one of the specialities of the expert roofers at RENCO Roofing. No matter what type of roof your residence or commercial business requires, we provide a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee to all that we serve. If you’re ready to have a new roof installed, don’t hesitate to contact us today.

Since 2004, the RENCO Roofing team has provided top quality workmanship on roofs throughout Arizona. We complete our projects with integrity - with work that we are proud to stand behind and with products that we trust.
From the first call to our office to the final inspection with our team, we know that communication is key for our customers. We promise to be in constant communication with our customers throughout the entire project - no surprises here.
In late 2012 we contracted for a major remodel of our cabin in the mountains. As luck would have it, the contractor was able to complete only 75% of the work. As a result, installation of the cabin and garage roofs was incomplete. The specifications called for a more complex metal roofing system for fire protection. Having met Shannon Simonson previously, I asked him for a proposal and received competitive numbers to our original contractor. From day one, when something was promised, it happened. They accurately defined what was needed without overselling and present quality workmanship that they fully stand behind. Since that time we have had RENCO Roofing install roofs on three other homes. Each time was effortless. I do not believe you will find another roofing contractor that can match.
